The parties agree that these conditions of sale available at time of purchase exclusively govern their relationship. If a condition is found to be lacking, it would be governed by the procedures in force in the area of distance selling companies which have served in France.

OBJECT

These conditions aim to define the terms of sale between the buyer and ELIXIFLOR, from ordering to after sales services, through the payment and delivery.
These conditions relate exclusively to non-commercial individuals.

ORDER

The user has the option to place an order:
-Either from an order
-Either directly by email to our email address elixiflor@hotmail.fr indicating name-surname-address-phone-number method of settlement.
-Or by fax at 04.90.04.55.28, indicating name, surname, address, phone number, method of payment.
-Either on our Internet site www.elixiflor.com.

The order can be registered only if the user has clearly identified by the entry of his name-surname-address-phone-number method of settlement.
Any order implies acceptance of price and product description and conditions of sale.

ELIXIFLOR society agrees to fulfill orders received only within the limits of available stocks of products. In the absence of product availability, ELIXIFLOR undertakes to inform the user.
In some cases, such non-payment, incorrect address or other problem ELIXIFLOR reserves the right to block the buyer's order pending resolution of the problem.

DELIVERY

The shipment of packages in France and Europe is:
-By mail in 3-5 business days (excluding postal delays).
Carriers or by-24/48H relay package.
-Or by carriers for overseas territories and countries outside the EU (the delivery price varies depending on the destination country)

Orders will not leave once the goods paid. Payment by check must be attached to the order or to send by mail.


PAYMENT METHOD

The user has the option to set:

- To order by credit card:
Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express Card.
The user account will be debited on dispatch of items available. If products exhausted or unavailable, missing items will be backordered and shipped when they become available. The payment will be taken as the amount of goods actually shipped.
- By check:
The regulation will be submitted with the order or mailed to ELIXIFLOR - AREA COMPANIES - DISTRICT MILLS - 84400 GARGAS.
- By bank transfer.

The goods will leave as soon as payment is received.

The company, not being adapted to receive his guests, does not accept the abduction site.


RATES

Prices are quoted in euros all taxes included.
These prices are exclusive flat fee for processing fees (shipping, packaging and manufacturing of the package under applicable amounts).
They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of order. Any change in the applicable rate will be reflected in product prices. However the prices can not be changed once the customer's order validated.
Similarly, if one or more taxes or contributions, including environmental had to be created or modified, up as down, this change will be reflected in the selling price of items ELIXIFLOR and sales documents.
Prices quoted are guaranteed for the duration of sale and subject to availability.
The user must also pay a lump sum contribution to the costs of processing the order (unless it has the carriage from a purchase of 80 euros of purchase *), whose amount is Taxes of 4.5 euros for shipments in mainland France and in Europe. ELIXIFLOR reserves the right to change this rate depending on the carriers and other delivery country. Any changes will be reported in advance.

* The French do not apply to overseas territories and to countries outside the EU The amount of postage will be shown before any shipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN / EXCHANGE

The Customer has, in accordance with the law of a withdrawal period of 7 days from delivery of goods to return them to the end seller to exchange or refund, provided that the products are returned unopened original and in perfect condition within 10 days of delivery. Return costs will be borne solely by the Customer.

Any objection past this period may give rise to a claim.

SIGNATURE AND PROOF
